BISP 8171 Program Overview
A government initiative in Pakistan providing financial aid to low-income families, especially women, under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP).
Eligibility Criteria
- Pakistani citizenship
- Household below the poverty line
- Preference to women applicants
- No family members in government jobs
- No significant property or assets
- Not receiving other government financial aid

- NADRA Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
- Proof of income (if any)
- Utility bills for residence proof
- Bank account details
8171 Registration Process (2025)
Online Registration
- Visit: https://bisp.gov.pk
- Go to the 8171 or Ehsaas section
- Complete the application form
- Upload required documents
- Submit and save tracking number
Office Registration
- Go to the nearest BISP Office or Ehsaas Center
- Fill out the form manually
- Submit with documents
- Await eligibility confirmation
